Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our bridal support team via email with your order number and photos of the dress to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Gown

  Ensure the dress is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all designer tags and protective packaging still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your item and use the provided shipping label or a tracked courier service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the gown's condition, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
